RTJ Trailers was established in 1984 and is based in Felixstowe Docks where we have a three bay workshop, parking facility and six fully equipped mobile service and breakdown vans to cover Eastern England. We also have service vans based at Tilbury Docks to cover South Essex, London and Kent, repair facilities at Harwich Dock plus reliable sub contractors based at the Isle of Grain, Manchester, Liverpool and Southampton. Our main aim is to maintain the roadworthiness of your equipment and reduce downtime for servicing and repairs to a minimum in a cost efficient manner. We can work on any type of commercial trailer and offer our services on a ‘pay as you go’ basis or fixed price contract maintenance.

All our work is carried out to VOSA requirements and beyond and our administration back up means you will have all the necessary tools to comply with the maintenance requirements of your Operators License. Whatever the size of your fleet, we can provide your trailer maintenance.

We offer a 24-hour breakdown service for trailers using our knowledge of the industry, our own fleet of vans and a preferred network of suppliers nationwide.
